What is ambarella?. Ambarella (Spondias dulcis) is an oval-shaped fruit that when still not ripe and green after cooking golden yellow with a sweet taste with a mixture of a little sour taste.
Ambarella fruit contains quite a lot of vitamin C and also iron and a little vitamin A.
Ambarella can be eaten raw in fresh condition, or often also processed into rujak, pickled or used as jam.
